We use the Green Achiever Scheme to improve our knowledge about environmental issues, and make changes and a difference to the environment as a whole. The scheme measures the sustainability performance of a business and demonstrates a quantifiable reduction that the business impacts on the environment.

The Service Alliance quality standard is maintained by frequent visits by one of our operations managers, the results of each visit are fed back into our compliance reports and performance focused KPI data.

Our commitment to a reliable service is supported by an effective management system that ensures service continuity during periods of absence, including sickness and staff holidays, maintaining zero down time and service interruption.

Our supplies of sustainable products are manufactured from within the UK and have been packaged and designed to minimise the effects of excessive waste.
