Service Alliance is proud of its investment in people and have c.200 employees. These people are directly employed by us and are not sub contracted or agency staff. That is why last year we were happy to dedicate over 500 hours of onsite training and development! Which paid off as we have not experienced any incidents due to health and safety issues.
Due to our commitment to staff, they are committed to our business and provide round the clock shift patterns 7 days and week so that we can always meet customer requirements. All our staff are checked to comply with the new legislation of DBS (Disclosure & Baring Service), which is the replacement for the CRB checks that used to be in place.
We believe in supporting employment in local communities, so our cleaning and maintenance staff will reside within the locality of their jobs. This not only makes their lives easier but also provides a further assurance that whatever the weather or other unforeseen circumstances you are more likely to get your allocated team as agreed.
The locality of our staff also reduces Service Alliance's impact of the environment by reducing transportation miles and therefore reducing our carbon footprint.
