The Service Alliance caretaker service is a professionally organised system to maintain your property. The duties of which include property cleaning and repair services. The caretakers will have mechanical, organisational and interpersonal skills to meet your needs on a one-off visit, or on a day-to-day, weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
Our service can be general maintenance such as changing light bulbs, making sure communal areas are clean, arranging repairs etc or more specific requirements at times of construction/refurbishments where a level of project management is required. We are also available to support you during office moves, builds, refurbishments and while doing archive storing, meaning our services are there for you whatever your corporate needs.
Service Alliance will report with clients regularly and report back on the condition of the property, including information concerning repair work. These reports can be issued dependant on client requirements.
